I had a particularly troubling experience with the staff during check-out. The male staff member responsible was exceptionally rude and unhelpful, ignoring my requests for assistance with a missing towel. I ended up waiting over half an hour, which frustrated my driver and left a bad taste about the service.

I had the most fantastic time lounging by the outdoor swimming pool with direct access just steps from my room. The beach access was a dream-the soft, white sand felt very nice between my toes, and I could dip in and out of the crystal-clear water whenever I wanted.
